Oil temp ~225F constant.... I have been watching it for a while and figured that it settles at 225F

even for very mild mannered city driving. Should I maybe change my coolant temp sensor to the blue one and keep my coolant temp low and it might help with the high oil temp. With a stuck-open thermostat I have never seen it over 170F. ...I do not have enough tools and workspace anyways. I'll go back to stock ECU if I have to.
So far the temp. does not seem to be very critical.

Last time I checked the oil level was fine, I'll check the oil pressure as well.
