Default Oil Temp Sensor?
My oil temp gauge has never worked and I would like to fix it. My first guess would be bad sender (or sensor). Can anyone tell my where I would find this animal?

Default should be on the top of the oil cooler. There is a little nub that the sensor wire clicks onto.
very likely it just got knocked off/disconnected
