ok so i got my fob key programmed to lock/unlock/panic on my car

Default ok so i got my fob key programmed to lock/unlock/panic on my car

but im curious. is there anyway to get it to pop the trunk??? And if i got my hands on a VAG, i couldn't set up a remote start to my key without buying anything could i?
this is all on a '97 A4

No, its a solenoid that releases the trunk. Can't be done without adding parts.

Default Q so is that a yes to the engine start if i have a VAG?

if so is it hard to do? my buddies pap has one. He has experience using it but is doing this something that requires a tech article or is it straight forward?(sorry iv never used VAG so i have NO IDEA what its like/how user friendly it is)

what about having a greddy tt work as a remote starter? possible or not?

I'm not familar with TTs, and more to the point, why would you want a remote start?

Default Not to freeze my behind... I don't have indoors parking at work and winters are cold here....

I can do it myself as well by setting the TT manually, but where's the fun in that.

Default Idiling your car to warm it up is terribly hard on the engine. Plus it says right

in the user manual NOT to warm up your car.
