This is the most ridiculous scenario I can imagine, and every time it gets worse!!!! So 3 months ago I get a rough idle on start-up developing, then a day later the low coolant light comes on. I fill the coolant and then "rush" my car in for service. Audi takes 5 days and replaces a coolant pump. Then 5 weeks ago I check the car the morning of a road trip to see that the coolant is low again!! I fill the coolant and call the dealership on my way out of town to notify them. The coolant leak is slow so I take my car away and take it in for service whei I get back. After 3 days they inform me that they need a coolant hose form California!! I am in Vancouver Canada!! So a weekend passes then on Wednesday they inform me that my car has the first hose installed and now it needs a second hose from Toronto!!!! They had my car for 2 whole weeks to replace 2 hoses!!!!!! Now 4 after getting the car back I get a "check engine" light again! I take it back in. After a 3 day diagnosis it now needs an ignition coil from Toronto!! If the coil arrives today before 2 then I should get my car back today for the weekend for a road trip. I just got off the phone and Toronto sent out the wrong part!!! AND NOW they tell me that I cannot take their loaner accross the border so I have to cancel my road trip!!!!! I AM SO PISSED! I have been so nice and accomodating until now but I feel justified in getting pissed now. I am waiting for a call back from the Dealership Manager to talk to him, should I call AOA?
Thanks for listening, had to vent to those that would care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with AOA is that they will help you out more than the Dealers. So definitely give them a call, and they call the dealer to get everything straighten out.
hope everything will owkr out for you.
