On my way to class this morning I noticed a three cruiser speed trap in the westbound lanes of the highway (I was going East) After I got to school I found out there was no class today, cursed, and started to drive home. I was about 10 KM away from where I knew the speed trap was when a new Bimmer 540 started tailgating. I was doing about 130 and he was right on my *** so I figured I'd move over and let him through. Well I move over and he just stays there, pacing me so I can't get behind him or in front of him. Perhaps fueled by some malicious force I dropped a gear and shot ahead in the right lane and gunned it. Now I know my 1.8T can't hang with the bimmer for long but I have a plan. I get back in the fast lane with him tailgating me again and at this point I'm pushing 200+ Km/h. Well at the last second I single and move over to the right and get on the brake... Naturally he jets passed me still doing 200+.... He goes around a slight bend in the road and HELLO theres the speed trap with an officer standing in the middle of the left lane pointing at the 540 furiously.... He could not slow down in time and over shot the speed trap by about .5km before he could stop safely. He did not look over at me (probably forgot I was there) but if he had he would have seen me laughing my *** off.
Flamer disclaimer: I was only driving 200+km/h for a very short period so please no "drive responsibly" posts, I was not street racing.

Guess he showed you who's fastest, he's got the paperwork to prove it! Ha ha.
Another trick I enjoy for getting rid of tailgaiters is to simply not slow down at all for the next corner. People tailgaiting usually are not watching the road ahead. All of a sudden, they're in over their heads and you'll be 1/2 mile away before they know what happened.
