Okay, if we're bad-mouthing companies, can we good-mouth them too?

I called up yesterday looking for an item that was out of stock almost everywhere (or just plain overpriced). Anthony took my call. This was my second (or third) experience with them, and both experiences have been great! They are very helpful...he even made three trips back to check inventory so he could tell me exactly what he was going to pack and ship to me. Prices were better than anywhere else as well. It also doesn't hurt that I'm 2 states away, which often means I'll get parts within 1-2 days after ordering! :-)

Stoptech has given me the best customer service above all.
They mailed me tools and free parts to repair a caliper. twice. the second time they didn't want a deposit for the tools.

ive had great experiences with pretty much all the companies ive delt with....
only 2 screw-ups, i got a wheel bearing kit from ECS that was missing a couple bolts, no biggie, returned it w/o a hassle. and i have placed 6-7 other orders w/ them w/o a problem.
Euro code tuning sent me my stoptech stage II brakes (oem size slotted rotors, axxis pads, stainless lines, motul 600 fluid) with the wrong rear lines. they sent me the right ones before i even shipped back the wrong ones.

I've had great experiences with Race Technologies, Electrodyne, AWE, PES, HPA, Tuning Zubehor,.....
Neuspeed, Greedspeed, Spec, and only purchased one small thing from APR only cause I didn't want to say I never purchased anything from them.
