Default i've had good experiences with LLTek, AWE-Tung, ECS Tuning, PUREms, and Achtuning

All were very helpful.
AWE had fast prompt service, bought RS4 grille from them.
Achtuning had ecodes when no one else did, and for a good price.
Mike from PUREms was very helpful and sent me many emails helping me pick out the right brake setup.
LLTek is pricey, but i have been happy with everything i've gotten from them, i've purchased from them 3 times, and thought their customer service was great contrary to what everyone says, and shipping was pretty fast.
ECS Tuning, purchased wiring harness from them for ecodes, awesome product, overpriced but great quality, also ordered TB kit from them, not installed yet.

Default yes, yes...this is what I have been saying...

germanautoparts is great! I have bought most of my parts through them. I live on the other side of the country, yet parts always get here promptly. I think germanautoparts.com and ECS are the two best..just my opinion and experience.

Default Good experiences recently with alloemaudiparts.com and autopartsheadquarters.com.

alloemaudiparts.com sent me an oil filter instead of an air filter, but immediately sent me the correct product, along with packaging to return the oil filter. Good customer service.

Also Wheels America (outside of Chicago) fixed a bent rim and some curbage. When they resprayed the wheel, I wasn't happy with the color and the work, so they repainted it no questions asked. Came out the way I wanted the 2nd time.
