Default good thing you're on a car forum ...

out of context that might not sound so good.

Default thing is rubbing compound is harsh to the paint on the car.. which is why you use it sparingly.

what did you use it for?

Default had some light scratches on my casablanca white,

which turned black after a while and you could see them from like 10 yards away. RC took it right out but the paint looked kinda dull. After waxing the car you can't even tell there were scratches before. It's my favorite detailing product with the clay bar now. I know TPIWWP but I don't have a digital camera yet.

Default rubbing compound bad... m'kay?

takes off way too much of your clearcoat. Best to use a less abrasive method first and keep on going at it until you see results. its easy to take off paint... but not so easy to put it back

Default when I bought some touch up paint at the dealer

they only gave me the paint. I asked about clear coat and was told that all Audi colors had clear coat except Tornado Red, Laser Red, Casablanca White, Alpine White and Azurite Blue.
