One for BT experts - GT28RS, GT28R, GT2871R - which one spools faster and gives wider boost range?

APR S3 uses the GT28R as an off the shelf kit(hardware + software)
PES does the same with the T28(GIAC).
APR makes software for the 28RS, but only for 2001(I was the test mule)
Other companies(Unitronic, CTAPP, Mika, etc...) only provide software for the 28RS or 2871R.<ul><li><a href="http://www.atpturbo.com/root/turboinfo/gtlineup/gtlineup.htm">GT Turbo line-up</a></li></ul>
