Anything that can stir up a debate like the unpainted lowers has got to be a good thing. The worst thing Audi could have done is make the 02 so similar to the 01 (thereby appeasing the masses here) that nobody would have noticed. Really now, the 01 body style is very nice but it's almost 6 years old. It's time for something new - and exciting - in my opinion (there, I said it :-). I, for one, applaud Audi for their design boldness and will proudly drive my new 02 with unpainted lowers as soon as they can get it over here. Should be arriving in early to mid November. Woohoo!
