One of my fog lights is broken, 2/3 of the ears that connect to bumper are broken. Anyone recommend

One of my fog lights is broken, 2/3 of the ears that connect to bumper are broken. Anyone recommend
an adhesive to bond them back to the fog light.
With only one ear holding the fog light, it sits a little shaky and would like to atleast bond one of them for more support.thx.
