Default as far as mounting nubs missing on the 98 ,we can drill and rivet brackets
I have the tools ,don't worry . Once the grilles are on nobody will know the difference.

Default I cut the old harnesses off, spliced in new wires with new connectors already on , and clipped
into the harness. This is much easier than you think. Just don't forget the heat shrink to waterproof the splice.

It's round connectors vs. clip connectors. You don't have a choice.

Default I'm fine with the mechanicals. I'll take you up on the wiring help, though.
I'll let you know if I buy them.

and the gallery on the the funk button install.

you'll get a good look inside the new wiring.
