dont follow that all the way. instead do this:
-take door skin off,
-unplug the connector to the window motor,
-strip a small piece of speakerwire,
-stick it in the female end of that connector,
-then just snap the connector back in,
-put door skin back on.
that way all you dont have to take the motor out.
ps. i have a '96. and it was the same pins.
