For MY99, the Advance interior atmospheres on both the A4 2.8 and A6 were described in the brochures as "terra cotta open pore burled walnut." The Ambition wood trim was "brown polished burled walnut."

In the MY2K brochures for both A4 2.8 and A6, the Advance trim is listed as "brown polished burled walnut", same as the Ambition atmosphere.

It looks like the open pore walnut trim is no longer available in 00. Not everyone preferred that look, but at least it provided an additional choice.

Just joking. I love the 00 A4Ambition atmaphere shown as the interior view, brown plastic, wood, leather. The wood is beautiful.
