anyone have anything to say about that combo? my neighbor has it and I have stock, but that's all I have to compair... pretty much apples and oranges.

3" inch would be greatly increased flow and faster turbo spool-up.

Even with your boost controller, you probably aren't making much over 200hp. With a pipe that wide, you'd have a lot of exhaust sitting in the pipe (a little 4 cylinder doesn't push much exhaust). Since the exhaust would be moving slower, it would have more time to cool down, get denser, and add backpressure!

Get a tuned 2.25-2.5" pipe from APR or Borla or something.

I've got remus with custom 2.5" catback, i think 3" would be too much
