Default Opinions on the AWE VW/Audi pedals ?

I'm thinking about buying the set from PureMS. It's too hard to drift my A4 with the factory setup.

Gunmetal finish of course.

I have them, but yet to install. They sure look nice in the box though!

Default I like them, look nice and give the pedals a much firmer feel. Install kinda sucked mostly...

because of the angle you had to lay while drilling and tapping. My rubber plugs pop out here and there, I might rip them all out. Happens on my buddies too. They will send you slightly bigger plugs if you call but I never bothered. I can go snap some cellphone pics if you want.

Default Perhaps I should reinstall the rubber plugs with a polyurethane adhesive ?

Their "propaganda" makes it sound as though it's an easy installation because they've "thought it out for Audi/VW"; I guess not.

Pics would be cool.

Default "too hard to drift my A4 with the factory setup" sarcasm right?

I only drift on snow and sometimes dirt as I'm a sissy and don't want to hurt my car.

Not hard to install, just uncomfortable because the position you need to lay in. Well worth it!

Default My AWE pedal pics (warning: cellphone pictures)...

Yes my car is very dirty, I need to vacuum. Looks like I've lost 3 plugs now. I dont feel any difference, like I said, I might pop them all out. Tapping at those angles kinda sucks, as you can see, my top 2 brakes screws are not very straight, but they hold tight.

They have taken some wear in the past few years. I can see some scuffs on the clutch pedal that stick out.

Sorry for the filth. I gotta get on that.
