opinions on front indicators....

i have clear/red taillights and clear headlights. usually i keep to all clear/all smoked theme. i like the crystals, but think the smoked look good too.
that's the thing with mk2's, multiple set ups look just as good.

since i had them and the fenders off anyway. i tried this model car tint spray. it was horrible! it wouldnt dry even and kept spotting up. even after i sanded the crap out of the lights to make sure they were smooth. i'm not fvcking with that anymore.
if i shaved the holes, it'd be hard to blend in the same texture as the rest of the bumper. i want to keep the matte look with the bumpers/fender flares. i dont want to paint them.
besides, i'm not going to have side markers, so i might as well keep turn signals in the front and the rear, you know?

i used a can of testors tint to smoke a set of mk4 bumper lens and it came out fine. took about 4 days of repeating thin coats, end product was smooth, shiney, perfect =)
