ok..what I would do..
is Koni adjustable shocks with H&R sport or Vogtland springs. I have Bilstein shocks and I can tell you they are stiffer than what you are looking for. You should save up for that mod..it will be well worth it.

$600-$700 in parts..labor?
I have no idea what they charge in your area for labor to install. I do that myself..so I would not be the guy to ask. It shouldn't be too much and sometimes you can get a deal if you buy parts at the place that is going to install them.

well i found some stuff ...

that totals to about 350 with shipping included
and then i found h+r springs for about 200 so total about 550, i could do the labor myself. Do those prices sound legit?
