Its the same KEST Tuning. However the problems are fixed one by one with the BMW forums. I don't think anyone is left behind with outstanding problems. We must admit that we had problems on delayed shipping, slow communication in the past. But we are trying to get back again with good services. Give us a try . We now take all credit cards directly, if you are not happy with your pruchase. Just request a refund or chargeback on your card. you got nothing to lose.

Well it's scary that we'd have to deal with the CC company instead of being able to get a refund
from you directly should there be any issues. That's not a very reassuring suggestion. Can you explain what you guys have done to address the problems of the past?

Also I want to mention here that no payment is needed until the bulbs are ready to ship.
and all major credit cards are accepted by phone or on our secure server. and we do combine shipping on multiple sets purchase. thanks.

What I am saying is that you can rely on the cc company if you do not trust us. As your information. Chargeback are $25 each on a merchant account. We are not going to pay a few hundreds a month here advertising to take your $30 bulbs. thats all I meant.
