OT: I would like to get a job as a service manager, any ideas what they look for in resume?

Can you void a warranty w/o equivocation? Schedule service appts weeks out w/o hesitation? Do you
... go out of your way not to contact customers regarding the status of their vehicle? Can you be confrontational? If you have these qualities, or experience there within, you could be a service manager at certain Audi dealers. : )

basic managerial duties like good customer service, problem solving,
ability to calm down angry people, general knowlege of all car components, the most I see my boss do is make angry customers think they are top priority in order to calm them down. The biggest thing I see that pisses the customer off is when they get lied to, like when the work that needs to be done gets promised a lot sooner than is actually possible. It seems like it is best to just tell the truth and make them realize that things take time to fix and you will do the best you can to help them out.
