OT: Who double clutches when downshifting? If not, do you jerk when releasing clutch?

But if you are downshifting fast and at high RPMs, some synchros may not keep up.
For such driving, it might payoff in the long run to go easy on the synchros by doing some double clutching. But for typical down shifts, it's probably unecessary.
