outer tie rod end frozen -- any advice?

Default Congrats, you've graduated to the ranking of AudiWorld Gorilla 1st class.....

Joking. The inner ends are not much better then the tie rods usually. Generally, I just replace the whole assembly,makes it easier in the long run.
I usually end up torching those things until they are red hot. If the TRE's have been on there, or have not been moved in a long time, Liquid Wrench does not seem to touch them.

Default how easy is it to do the inner TRE's?

I torched it for a good while this morning but didn't manage to get it.
