outter half of front tires warn more than inner half,.. what is causing this..

Note that the frnt tires were on the REAR of the car for the first 10k miles. THey were rotated front to rear at 10k mile service.
The rears (as on the car now) seem to be wearing pretty evenly. The fronts (as on the car now) have the outter half (from midpoint out) worn down noticeable more than the inner half.
Stock SP8000E's. 16k miles, no real abusive driving on them at all.
