I pulled the the P0238 (input voltage Boost sensor A is to high) and P0106 (MAP sensor has canged too much) codes from a 2001 a4 1.8T. The other issue is the intake duct is piping hot and the a/c is not as cool as normal and the temp sensor in the dash is all over the place. The engine compartment seems excessivly warm IMO.

Also at night, looking down at the turbo, it is a dull red from the heat.

I have 2 thoughts, a stuck valve in the turbo or a leak. The only maintenance I have done lately is change the air filter. Any other ideas. This is my first turbo so I am not that smart on how to trouble shoot this.
