Long plastic elbow with a metal connection on one end.

It is underneath the intake manifold connecting to a "T" on one end &amp; the engine on the other.

The bottom half of the part number is rubbed off so I can't read it. It might be "058 123 213"

Can anyone tell me the correct part number please?

Its for an AEB engine BTW.
