Default Part Number request for rear defrost switch ('97) and cost of it

Also, is it possible to purchase the wiring harness for that switch and the front and rear fog light switches?

Default is your car not wired for them?

I have had the console apart a number of times and I wouldn't really want to go through the trouble of wiring them. I never traced them back but there are numerous wires for each switch and then they get combined into a single harness.

Default Yes, my car is.

This is for something completely unrelated to the actual rear defroster I have. The switch is going to be a power switch for a device I am wiring in myself.

Default I show

4D0 941 503 for the timer/switch .. looks to me like the harness is all one 'piece'.

Default Couple questions:

A. Timer/switch means that the timer is with in the switch itself?

B. Wiring harness is one 'piece'. What does that mean? Does that mean its included with the switch?

C. Do have any idea on cost?

Thanks for the info.

Default Use the part number to do a look up on worldimpex.com.

Gotta hold the friggin noobs hand

The harness is one piece means that the dash board harness is all there is. There is no sub harness for that switch. If you want to add in another rear defrost switch to perform another function you will have to wire it in from scratch.

The ETKA lists the part as a "switch with timer circuit".
