Passat - A4: factory roof racks compatible?
Nothing appears in the archives on this one...
Anyone have any idea if the VW Passat factory rack works on the A4?
They appear to be identical, though dimensions may differ. I'm also not sure about the specifics associated with fitting the rack to the car - I wonder if the A4 and Passat share common geometry in their respective door frames and seals?
This is NOT a Thule/Yakima fit kit question (thanks anyway) - it's strictly a VW/Audi FACTORY RACK compatibility question...
