I wouldn't be surprised by hassles about electrical system problems
I even had one ***-wipe dealer refuse to even *look* at my squeaks & rattles in one area because my RCAs ran through the area (about 12" from the rattling trim piece, I should note). You never know what you're gonna get with Audi service departments.

Re: Altering the stereo wil void the stereo warranty, but if its taken out who cares ?
no i mean lets say u have a system and some electrical problem occurs while the system is in will the dealer blame it on the alteration and say that the warranty wont cover it. For example a problem with the battery of the lights...

Look, if you tamper with your car, and your "alterations" can be shown to cause a failure
of some particular component in your car, then yes, they can deny a warranty claim, but it's highly unlikely that a stereo mod would kill your engine, and therefore void the warranty on your engine.
That said, stereo mods are about as "uninvasive* as a mod gets. You route a wire to the battery to power an amp (amp is optional). You connect a new headunit to the factory wiring harness with an adapter (no cutting of factory wiring needed). You run new speaker wire to the doors the rear deck for your new speakers, and you toss a box in the trunk for some boom boom. You're done, and you've done very little tampering with the existing factory equipment.
Now if one of your aftermarket speakers blow, don't expect Audi to buy you a new one!
