Default Good movie... Not best...

...and the "So money..." crap that started coming out of the mouths of every wannabe industry scenester for the next six months was ****ing annoying. I worked on the flick... and by the time we were done, I had to not look at it for the same six months.

Best film ever made... Hmmm...

I give you "The Graduate" or perhaps "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" which are incidentally both products of the now spent Mike Nichols. I have no particular affinity for most of his other films though.

Default Well remember I'm from the South where it wasn't as played out...I know it was here in LA...

I moved here a few months ago and I can see how it would get *very* annoying. What work did you do on it?

Default At one time, I was a motion picture editor... Still keep my union card...

They're hard to get. Anyway, I was first assistant picture editor for the second half of post.

Default Very cool...you're in north LA, right? I've been wanting to get up there and drive with you guys.

No excuses I guess...hopefully I'll make it to one of the meets soon.

Default Yeah... I'm the the San Fernando Valley, north of LA proper.

You could come out to KK tomorrow night, in Van Nuys... but that's generally not a drive meet, but rather a "My Audi has Big *****" thing.

Default Yep...what time and I'll try to make it?

I'm in Irvine and sometimes I work until 6:30 or so. I think Van Nuys is about an hour but I'd like to come anyways.
