Stage 3 comes with 91, 93, 100, and 104 octane programming.
No need to get special chips - you just select what program you want to run using either the cruise control stalk on DBW cars or a button on NDBW cars.

But what does his post say?
270 hp vs 280 hp, even though we know for a fact that the PES kit puts out almost 300 hp on 93 octane. I am just saying that if someone is comparing 2 kits in street trim then the time slips are only going to go in the stage 3 favor since all of those runs are on race chips which pretty much makes the list worthless to them since it does not tell them what the 93 octane stage 3 runs vs the PES 93 octane.

I see your point, but, in the end, timeslips mean jack squat. To get an accurate comparission, you have to dyno the cars with as many variables removed as possible.

but the APR kit comes with those programs & the PES kit does not
hell, i was never even given the 100+ octane chip with my kit even though i paid for & was promised it by EVOms, PES's distributor
is there even one? & do they have them for both DBW & NON-DBW?
i wouldnt be suprised if there are'nt many T-28 times because there is no properly Tuned/Running 100+ octane chip for the PES kits

"we know for a fact that the PES kit puts out almost 300 hp on 93 octane" LINK?
Ed's list contains car running both pump and race gas, on both kits. What's your point?
