Well, Tony always made sure I knew it was PES tuned chip (t-28) more than GIAC.

he told me it was GIAC chip/software, but the actual tuning was done by PES.

In other words, the PES T28 chip is only available from PES, GIAC does not have it.

That should be a GIAC chip, sold by AWE, PES, and other distributors.

tony does all the testing to have GIAC do the changes. This is how it works with all the GIAC dealers when it comes to any turbo kits. Who do you think had the first working PES T28 kit on their car, that would be Garrett of GIAC. What you are thinking is that the other GIAC dealers dont have the T28 programs.
