Well after 3 hours, here is where I am:

Everything is out that's coming out, and now I'm starting to install. The only thing that's not going perfectly smooth is that the PES manifold seems to have shrunk. It doesn't line up with the studs by about 1/8". I'm a little upset about this, so I'm drilling and slightly slotting the holes in the PES manifold. I'm almost there, but just didn't feel like messing with it anymore tonight.

I should be able to take my time and still have the car running by noon tomorrow. I hope the rest goes as planned.
