Default I dont think so, Its almost 60 / 40

%60 for the Kit.

The university has there own race shop,
its in Michigan, home of motor city.

It will be very cheap to wotk on and Mod, considering I can get 1 of the other 600 students attending there to lend a hand

Default did you get a Philips kit? or is that why its not working right

with Osram or Philips Bulbs
and A philips Ballast.

I hope that your kit is not the source of your recent problems with the lights you got. There are a few import cheapos that are going around.

Hope you got quality parts

keep it friendly,
Johnny B.

Default you're way off... my philips kit was 570 with shipping included on a GROUP BUY

I think you bought the el cheapo Jap version...
not a good idea.. and this is why I got mine
from Supremepowerparts.com
the insulating ceramic had a slight crack on one
of the bulbs from shipping....
ERic sent me new bulbs and then I shipped mine
back.. absolutely NO downtime. That's what you get
for just a little more $$
