pics of city lights "lighted" up at night?? especially any LED versions.

uh... 1-2 hrs? city lights don't require the housings to be removed actually.

K I was wondering about that....

Even if i don't have the bulbs already in do i not need to remove the housings? I have been trying to find some precise directions on how to do the install but can't find any besides "cut the small wire, hook up light". Also, i just bought stealth bulbs. do i need to remove the housings for that? TIA
