Met some cool cats in Memphis with some mighty fine rides.
I linked up with Dave, Jaime and Andy yesterday and had a lot of fun checking out their A4s. Things that really impressed me were Jaime's APR Stage III [on 104 octane that baby is one fast monster] and his very nice Werks of Art Stage II+ clutch [nice light pedal and low engagement]. Andy's 1.8t with an MTM chip is very quick plus he's got that "Silver is faster" thing going for him also. And last but by no means least, Dave's scarlet harlot with the sweet Sparco seats and sharp SSR Integral 18s framing very strong Stoptech brakes. These guys are some serious tinkers, the cool job Dave and Jaime did on their intakes are impressive and quite functional. Enjoyed meeting ya'll and appreciate driving your cars. See you guys at the next APR barbeque.

The corners on the black A4 are...
the two piece from LLTEK. They have the OEM orange bulbs in them. The driver side headlight is the LLTEK low beam Phillips xenon HID, high beam Serious Vision xenon HID. The passenger side is the OEM halogen. I've returned the LLTEK passenger side for warranty, the low beam repeatedly blew fuses as high as 20 amp and would not work. I'll post my impression when both are installed and adjusted. Visually, the headlight and corner look good on a black car versus the '98 OEM halogen.
Just received email from Mark Lubotta at LLTEK. The Phillips ballast was defective, it's been replaced and is on its way back to me.
