Default please help! how to get this bolt out!!!!

Now it's been almost three hours for fighting with this bolt!!

There're three long bolts mounted on the bracket of accessory pully and the top one was a piece of cake. The rest of them were worn out in the head, so 6mm allen wrench didn't work at all. I used #5 screw puller and it worked out for the bottom one. (see below pic)

but the hidden bolt inside of the pully was not working because of narrow gap between both arrows in the pic.

is there any other way to pull this bolt out?? please help!!!

Use a 12pt socket, hammer it on the allen and unscrew it. 12mm IIRC, make sure it is 12pt socket

Ever thought about using the correct size wrenches?

Default In the future...

I have found that, when you have a system of bolts like that, it is best to break the torque on all of them, then back them out a little at a time to they don't bind. Sorry my suggestions is a little n00b-ish.... but maybe it will help.
