For starters it's a 1997 1.8t qtms a4. So saturday, my car didn't start. There was no power to the fuel pump nor to the fuse. Thought it might be the relay. Bought one today, go to the car and the car starts, but the check engine light is on. Scanned it and it says TPS/pedal position sensot malfunction. Through in the new fuel pump relay anywas, cleared the code and was on my way. Two miles later i hear a beep, and the oil light comes on, and at the same time the car dies. Check the oil, it's fine, car doesn't want to start, again no power to the fuel pump. Don't know why, but i had a sudden urge to open the ecu box. While pulling the clip off of the ecu, my screwdriver slipped and hit the ecu. I heard the fuel lines fill up(yeah i know i should do it with the key off, but i forgot it was in the on position) car started fine, no check engine and no oil light. Put in a half a quart anyway and drove it a little bit. Now im waiting for it to cool down to check the oil.

that, and every connection, i'm going out of my mind. The oil level right now is a little too high, because of the .5 quart i added, but i just drove the car home from work, and it ran fine. first thing tomorrow i will change the oil and check every connection on every harness, cause i'm getting very clueless
