I can empathize - I lost my CQ to the flood as well.
Insurance says they will total out my car - of course, mine is 10 years old so things may be different for me.
Talk to your insurance company - gap insurance should cover you for all except any money you spent on cap cost reduction.

There are a few CQs still out there...but only one "Dan...Dan....the Qlist Man....". Isn't Rich Zehr selling his pristine CQ in SF? You might want to consider that as a replacement.
