Default Keep banging....

If you use a hammer on the inside of the rotor, give it a whack every 3-5". Rotate, whack. Rotate, whack. Rotate, whack.

It will be stubborn, but keep banging.

Mine took 10 mins to get off.

Default No

What's not shown in the pic below is the caliper carrier. Need to remove that (or perhaps you already did?). Once you've done that, rust is the only thing holding the rotor in place. Take a hammer, and hit the back of the rotor, spin the rotor 180 degrees, and hit some more. Repeat, and eventually the rotor will start to ease it's way off the hub (tight fit).

Default There are 2 bolts....

On the back side of the caliper carrier that need to come out. I assumed that you had disposed of them already.

Unscrew them and then bang away.

Default Are you FWD or Quattro?

If Quattro then follow as RKA and golfishh suggest, remove the carrier, THEN remove the rotor.

If you're FWD then you must remove the center axle nut which is under the dust cap. It's a MUCH more involved process.

Default Get a 2lb sledge hammer from HomeDepot.

Mine were stuck on pretty tight. You would've thought they were welded on. 2 whacks w/ the sledge and they were free.
