Please tell me where is the snub mount?
when I start the engine, I feel the whole car
vibration. It felt virbation on any road.
Just change cylinder head from Dealer.
They said it ok, but I really don't trust them
anymore.

could be a number of issues with any of the engine mounts
you have 2 engine mounts and 1 snub mount - engine mounts are located right under your sways just look up if you see purple coming out of them indicator they are bad - snub mount is on the front right in front of the oil pan - you should be able to peak under and see if it is torn
