I'd do this...(just to be a *****)
I'd give the $10000 to APR or GIAC for licensing rights to their chip software. Then I'd release the chip under a new name, like XYZ. That way the "APR vs. GIAC" fights would be "APR vs. GIAC vs. XYZ."
Or, maybe start a company called ARP and sell a Stage 4 kit that uses a K04 turbo? That would really confuse things.
