Hi Guys,
I bought a pair of Porsche Boxster MonoBloc 4 piston calipers and now I need to buy the adapter and hardware. Do you guys know where I can find them and what's the price range.
Thx

Careful with the hardware, especially the lines as one of my ESC SS lines blew last week and I purchased new ones from Blau but the male end was too short to fit the caliper without a few washers. I'll see how this works out and post my experiences.
Further, line length is aan issue usually resolved by somehow attaching the lines to the spindle (that's how I did it and may have caused the failure(?). This is done to prevent the line from rubbing on the driveshaft.
HTH,
Peter
PS. Evo, ECS, Autobraun of Alberta and others sell the kit

I got mine from liam, however I dont know if he has any more of em. Figure about $225 for them from evo.
The rotors 4b0-615-301-A can be found at europartsdirect.com as can the boxster pads, I bought the PBR/Axxis ultimates. EPD also sells the 993 lines that can be used with the hard metal lines that came with the calipers... or you can get the hard lines from a porsche dealership or even from pelicanparts.com.

I know that there is an issue with the brake lines being too long. And I know that ECS will only sell the mediocre Mintex Red Box pads. But what is the problem with their rotors?
I got their brake kit about 2 years ago, consisting of Boxster calipers, caliper adapter, slotted A8 rotors and Mintex pads.
The Mintex pads are mediocre, but fine for the street. I bought Porterfields for the track.
I haven't had a problem with the brake lines (yet). And they don't seem to be pinching anywhere. Although I might replace them anyway in the spring.
As long as you're listing complaining about 3 out of 5 components of the ECS kit, are there any problems you know of with the caliper adapter?
Or are the calipers & adapters okay?
Thanks,
P.
