Are Porterfield brake pads better than EBC Green or Mintex Red? ...
Let's say price difference does not matter.
If I want street pads that reduce brake dust and still provide at least as much stopping power as stock pads, what should I get?

I haven't tried EBC or Mintex, but the set of R4S pads that I have produce less dust
(about a 1/3 as much) and grip better than the stock pads. The brake pedal feels more linear and the pads also resist fade better.
I would highly recommend them for street and autox use. I don't know how they hold up during track days.
