Hello all.
I have a 98.5 A4 2.8 fwd . I recently replaced the front control arms and the rear shocks. My tires are ok but aren't the best quality so they give a bit of a rough ride. Other than that, the ride seems to be a bit harsh. In looking for a smoother ride, is there any adjusting my mech. can do to alleviate the harshness? Going over small bumps gives a real harsh feeling.
thanks!

An alignment will help to reduce any unusual tire wear you may have. It may also help any weird pull or steering peculiarities you might feel.
The harshness you're feeling comes from the shocks. Being a '98, it's most likely that your shocks are worn and need replacing.
