Is it possible for APR to come up with a stage2+ software for pre 02 cars.

Default Possible yes. Plausible, no. If 2+ programming comes out it will
be revised for a FMIC.

The stock injectors are fine for the tiny KO3.

why do the 02s need different injectors then?

Default dont you mean stage 1+? stage 2+ just includes the exhaust...
even so, us 01 CH guys get 214hp on 93 when the 02's get 215 on 93 w/ stage 1+.

Default The 02 has a KO3 sport turbo, the fuel system is completely different,
and so is the programming.

Default Yea stage1+ is what I meant...
I have 98.5 a4, with chip, and uuc exhaust(no downpipe), raced a friends 02 (chip, exhaust, injectors) and left me in 4th gear.
