Is it possible to blow out my factory speakers?

I just blew my Bose speakers too....!!!
I was just gonna ask about this. Bought the car 1st week of March, so only 4400 miles.
Early last week, I noticed an irritating vibration from the rear whenever the bass thumped -- even at low volume. Stopped by the dealer on Sat -- likely a blown speaker. Gotta drop it off next week. Very disappointed... It's BOSE speakers for God's sake...
The car's been awesome otherwise.
