Is it possible to put 8d0 920 980 Q in place of 8D0 920 980 C cluster?

I'm positive my '00 PN is 8d0 920 980 C and it appears the 8d0 920 980C is from a '01.

split and they changed something in the clusters. The split occured at F 8D-1-000 001 and contiunes onward from there.
I see no reason for it not to work IMO other than the odometer not having the correct mileage.
