Default He asks some good Q's

I know when I am buying a car I would like a history of the car photos and a VIN to run a car fax. I also do ask why someone is selling the car, "need money" then I make a low ball cash offer. Wanting to know where the car is, I ALWAYS meet elsewhere, my car is however garaged and registered at 2 differnte addresses.

because of his wifes job, they had to move to england.
So they are selling their car in the states.

Default Sounds Nigerian

Do they have $20.5 million in an account they need to get out of the country, too? You get 20% for your assistance, right?
