First of all, it's usually the rears that fail. Get on a nice curvy road and drive in the 35-45 range. Take the turns nice and briskly. When the weight shifts to one side of the car, if that side has a bad bearing, it will make a "whirring" or "humming" noise. You can pinpoint the bad bearing that way.

at 40 to 45 then 58 to 62... I thought that it could be my rear wheel bearings, but you say that i should hear it anytime that i move? Is that correct?

what kind of tires are you using? I've experienced tire noise when Kumhos get old. Cheaper tires tend to do that.
