Posts seem to indicate that car could be slightly lowered w/Neuspeed Bilstein shocks alone?

Posts seem to indicate that car could be slightly lowered w/Neuspeed Bilstein shocks alone?
I understand that these shocks come with 5 grooves front & rear...on the lowest setting I'm understnading that this will slighlty lower my car (w/out touching the springs)...is this correct?
